Multiple DUI Offender Program (ASAM Level I)
The Multiple DUI Offender Program consists of 6 – 12 weeks or a minimum of 17 weeks depending on the recommendation by your clinical evaluator. Our program is certified by the Georgia DUI Multiple Offender Office in connection with the Georgia DHR (Cert #99600).
The program consists of 3 hour sessions held once weekly. Our program meets on Sundays, 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. The facilitator is Leigh Codner; a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia (LPC002959), National Certified Counselor (NCC #246318) and Georgia Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (G00022).
Cost for the program is $50 per session. You may call our office at 678-796-1035 to get started.
